When it’s time to buy a refrigerator for our homes we don’t run out and hire a refrigeration specialist, electrician, carpenter and a plumber to build a simple refrigerator. Not only that, do you put all those expensive support personnel on a retainer or sign up for pricy support contracts to cover all future needs? No you don’t! That would be crazy and a waste of money. Refrigerators come as a self-contained units, factory tested ready to be installed with a warranty. The unit comes tested and with a warranty backed by the manufacture. A simple hook up to a water line, plugging into an outlet, and you’re up and running.

Packages systems are very easy to install. Once you have an installed wall sleeve, all you need to do is slide in the PTAC in to the sleeve, plug the power in, hook the system up to environment controls and the room is ready to rent out.
Once you have the roof curb installed all you need is to set the DOAS unit, connect to power and controls and the system is ready.
